1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "the Terms", "these Terms", or "the Agreement") govern the relationship between 1111bae (hereinafter "1111bae", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any natural person (hereinafter "you", "the Player", or "the User") who accesses, registers on, or makes use of any service provided through the 1111bae website located at https://1111bae.net and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, "the Platform"). By accessing any part of the Platform or by creating a player account, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

1111bae reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via the email address associated with your registered account. Your continued use of the Platform following any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the current version of the Terms regularly. These Terms must be read in conjunction with the 1111bae Privacy Policy (available at /privacy-policy), the Responsible Gaming Policy (available at /responsible-gaming), and any specific rules applicable to individual games or promotional offers published on the Platform. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and any specific game or promotion rules, the specific rules shall prevail in respect of the matter to which they relate, and these Terms shall prevail in all other respects.

1111bae operates as an online gaming and sports betting service. All products and services offered on the Platform are intended solely for entertainment purposes for eligible adult users. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial advice, investment guidance, or a guarantee of any specific outcome. 1111bae makes no warranty, express or implied, that any particular level of winnings or returns will be achieved.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain a player account on 1111bae, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether self-imposed through the 1111bae platform or imposed by any other body;
• You have not previously had a 1111bae account closed for breach of these Terms;
• Participation in online gaming is not prohibited by the laws applicable in your place of residence or jurisdiction.

1111bae reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time and without prior notice. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or government-issued driving licence issued in Bangladesh or any other recognised jurisdiction. Where a Player fails to provide satisfactory proof of age and identity within a reasonable period specified by 1111bae, the Platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the relevant account.

Underage Account Detection

If 1111bae discovers or has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. If the suspicion is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed. Any net winnings credited to the account during the period in which the account was held by an underage person will be forfeited. The original deposited amount (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the payment method used for deposit, subject to verification.

1111bae encourages parents and guardians to take active measures to prevent underage persons from accessing gambling services online. Parental control tools such as Gamban, GamCare, or net-nanny type software may be used to restrict access to gambling websites on shared devices.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of products and services on 1111bae, you are required to register a player account. Registration is free of charge. You may register one account per person — operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, regardless of whether different personal details are used for each account.

Registration Information

During the registration process you will be asked to provide personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a mobile phone number. You warrant that all information you provide during registration and at any subsequent point of interaction with the Platform is accurate, complete, current, and not misleading. It is your responsibility to keep your registered details up to date. You may update your details by contacting support at [email protected].

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any authentication credentials associated with your 1111bae account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted on your account using your credentials will be treated as having been conducted by you, whether or not you authorised that activity.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 1111bae immediately by contacting our support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. 1111bae is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.

Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations and to ensure compliance with responsible gaming requirements, 1111bae requires all players to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. The verification process is a one-time requirement. You will be asked to submit a clear copy of a government-issued photo identity document and, in some cases, a proof-of-address document. 1111bae will process and review submitted documents as promptly as practicable. Until verification is complete, withdrawal requests will be held in a pending state. Depositing and playing are available prior to verification completion.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 1111bae Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currency conversion is not available; all deposits, wagers, bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in BDT. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote BDT amounts.

Deposits

1111bae accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits via mobile money channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed in real time. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within one business day. 1111bae does not impose any transaction fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which 1111bae accepts no responsibility.

• All deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes only; deposits may not be made for currency exchange or any other purpose

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests for fully verified accounts are processed within 1–3 hours via mobile money channels and within 24 hours for bank transfer withdrawals, during normal operational periods. 1111bae does not charge processing fees on withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account held in the same name as the registered 1111bae account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal (bank transfer): ৳2,000
• Identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal
• 1111bae reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request
• Withdrawal requests may be reversed if found to be in breach of these Terms

5 Bonuses & Promotions

1111bae offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses, including the welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000, are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time it is presented. These Terms set out the general principles applicable to all bonuses; specific bonus terms published with individual offers supplement and, in case of conflict, take precedence over these general provisions.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded on the 1111bae Platform are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. A wagering requirement specifies the total value of bets that must be placed with bonus funds — or, in some cases, with both bonus and deposit funds combined — before any winnings generated from the bonus may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the specific terms disclosed with that bonus. Players should review and understand the wagering requirement before accepting any bonus offer.

Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per player, per household, per device, and per payment method applies.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, certain table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage than slot games. Contribution percentages are disclosed per bonus offer.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the time period stated in the specific bonus terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeit.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the 1111bae Platform. Additional rules specific to individual sports markets, casino games, live dealer products, and crash games are published within the relevant game or section of the Platform and should be read before participating.

Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the 1111bae Platform are final once confirmed, subject to the specific rules published for each market. Odds quoted at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the bet will be settled, except where a manifest error has occurred. 1111bae reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds and to correct settlement errors. Bets placed on markets that are subsequently suspended or cancelled due to events outside 1111bae's control (including, but not limited to, match abandonment, venue changes, or force majeure events) will be handled in accordance with the specific sport rules published on the Platform.

In-play (live) betting is available on selected markets. In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of 1111bae and may be suspended at any time during a live event. 1111bae accepts no liability for any delay between the state of play at the venue and the display on the Platform interface, which is subject to broadcast latency.

Casino and Live Casino Games

All casino games available on the 1111bae Platform — including but not limited to slots, live roulette, live blackjack, live baccarat, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, and game show formats — use certified random number generator (RNG) technology provided and maintained by the respective game studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Nolimit City, and Ezugi). Game outcomes are independently fair and cannot be influenced by 1111bae or by other players. In the event of a game malfunction, network disconnection, or any technical failure that interrupts a game round before its natural conclusion, 1111bae will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs and settle the round in accordance with its outcome at the point of interruption. Where reconstruction is not possible, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's balance. 1111bae's decision in such matters is final.

Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits and maximum winnings caps may apply to certain games, bonus-funded play, or promotional periods. Where applicable, these limits are disclosed in the specific game or bonus terms. 1111bae reserves the right to pay out any winnings exceeding applicable caps in instalments over a period to be determined at the Platform's discretion.

7 User Obligations

By using the 1111bae Platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of funds, and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1111bae Platform:

• Fraudulent activity — including but not limited to the use of stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods, provision of false identity information, or any other dishonest act directed at the Platform or other players;
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated scripts to satisfy wagering requirements, or any other strategy designed to exploit bonus terms in bad faith;
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer game or betting market;
• Use of automated tools — employing bots, scripts, AI agents, or any automated software to interact with the Platform, place bets, or play games without human direction;
• Money laundering — using the Platform for the purpose of laundering funds obtained through criminal activity. 1111bae is committed to anti-money laundering compliance and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities;
• Chargebacks — initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in respect of a legitimate deposit. Any player found to have initiated a fraudulent chargeback will have their account permanently closed and the amount of the chargeback will be treated as a debt owed to 1111bae.

Responsible Use

You agree to use the Platform responsibly and in a manner consistent with its intended purpose as an adult entertainment service. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit. 8 Account Suspension & Closure

1111bae reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• The player is, or is suspected to be, under the age of 18;
• The player is subject to a self-exclusion order;
• Fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise dishonest activity is suspected or confirmed;
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more;
• 1111bae is required to do so by operation of law or pursuant to an order of a competent authority.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your 1111bae account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, 1111bae will process the request within a reasonable timeframe. Any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the payment method on record, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus funds that have not satisfied their wagering requirements will be removed from the account balance upon closure and will not be paid out.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for a self-exclusion period of between one week and six months directly from the account dashboard. During the self-exclusion period, the account is suspended and no deposits, wagers, or logins are possible. The self-exclusion cannot be lifted early — it must run its full course.
